Al Arid Gated Compound, Riyadh, KSA – Al-Obeikan – Full Design Service
Concept & Vision
Design of a gated residential compound in Al Arid District, Riyadh, on a 14,627.06 m² plot formed by merging several plots for the owner. The compound includes a group of four-storey buildings with residential units of various sizes, intended for rent under the owner's operational management. The project was designed in several stages to achieve the largest number of units while providing integrated outdoor services. The basement is dedicated to leisure areas — a swimming pool, gym and padel courts — as well as parking. The entire roof is used as a planted walking track with outdoor seating, cafés and shaded areas, making it a main breathing space for residents.
