At ARCHI-SPACE, we are committed to the highest standards of quality control and comprehensive audit oversight at every stage of design and on-site supervision, to ensure the safety and sustainability of our projects.
01 Compliance With Building Codes & Standards
ARCHI-SPACE applies the highest national and international building codes in force in the Saudi, Egyptian and regional markets. Every architectural, structural or electromechanical design undergoes a strict audit that ensures structural safety and compliance with municipal and civil defense requirements.
02 Multi-Level Audit & Review Process
Our engineering system uses a Cross-Checking Review process, in which every drawing and construction document is checked and audited through 3 successive engineering levels:
- • Initial audit: Review by the design engineer to verify the calculation and architectural outputs.
- • Integration audit: Coordination between disciplines (BIM & MEP) to avoid any clashes on site.
- • Final approval: Review by the approved quality consultant before documents are delivered to the client.
03 Strict On-Site Control & Supervision
During construction, the engineering supervision team maintains close control over contractors, including:
- • Matching materials and supplies delivered to site with the approved technical specifications.
- • Sampling and quality testing (such as concrete, steel and MEP installation tests).
- • Transparent periodic reports, including photo documentation of progress and on-site engineering solutions.
04 Risk Management & Occupational Safety
We put the safety of buildings and work crews at the top of our priorities; a Risk Management Plan is prepared for all major projects to anticipate on-site or planning engineering obstacles and deal with them before they occur.
